Startup & Idea Fest Koshi Province
Event Date: 6th & 7th October, 2023 (2080 Ashoj 19 & 20)
This is the area of learning that is based upon the demonstration of one’s skill, invention, and innovation. Participants will be demonstrating their inventions, products, and software including their startup company to the visitors.
1In this workshop participants will work in a team to build one 4-inch diameter and 5 ft tall Amateur Rocket in 1 day. The mentors from NEAR Aerospace will guide and teach them to build the Rocket.
2One of the major activities in Startup & Idea Fest 2023 is an idea pitching session, where students and startups will pitch their ideas. This session helps participants to break through the business ecosystem, while also helping with networking with industry leaders as well as assisting them to explore the marketing field.
3Startups and students will have an opportunity to learn tech-related topics and have an opportunity to get encountered experts for mentorship and trainings. After the provincial session, we will invite selected startups and ideators in Kathmandu for boot camps and incubation which will be organized in King's College and Presidential college.
4During mentorship, startups will have an opportunity to learn on tech related topics. This session will enable them to build a network with ICT experts helping them to wide their knowledge horizon.
5Startups and products showcased in Startup and Idea Fest will be observed by many groups of investors, individuals from equity fund which will create an opportunity for startups to secure investment.
